There are more pickles then ever and we have even seen some pickle emporiums pop up. The popularity of the pickle continues to grow. Americans collectively consume a whopping 20 billion pickles each year. As of 2021, the global pickles market is worth $11.1 billion. WOW! To think I spent .1 billion on pickles in 2021.
